Asia’s Renewable Energy
For the proposal to succeed in dealing with turning point of energy and climate change, the governments throughout the countries especially in Asia are paying particular attention on renewable energy resources. Renewable energy is based on the concept on a logical modification from natural sources like solar, wind, geothermal, hydro, and some forms of biomass which are restored at a rapid rate compared for the consumption. Some of the renewable products are hydroelectric power plants, geothermal, solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, tide, wave, ocean, wind, solid and liquid biofuels, biogases and municipal waste source of energy.
The renewable energy sources will produce Asian developing countries many options to hold a low carbon route and provide the rural areas electrification through living in a self-sufficient manner without reliance on one or more public utilities. China has always been onward to progress in the area of renewable energy. Out of its overall energy usage of 94,799 petajoule, 11,282 petajoule arrive from renewable energy. In this manner, eleven percent of their energy demands are satisfied by renewable energy sources. Relatively smaller countries such as Sri Lanka, Philippines, Pakistan and Indonesia are also increasingly fulfilling their needs in energy with the help of renewable energy. The countries are expanding their national manufacturing of solar, wind and battery technology in order to produce cleaner energy.
