India At a Glance

 The way of living in India was blessed with variety of culture, people and religion. It is very well-known that India has the largest population which makes it the world’s second largest population of 1.2 billion people. Considering the fact that it is very populated, their land is only part of two per cent of world’s total land. Despite of this condition which is occupied with people and different lifestyle of citizens, many investors still engaged in business in their country. In relation to their population, the country is rich with variety of religious groups and each religion doesn’t over rule the other since they practice Secularism in their country. There are major religious groups in India which is consists of 80% Hinduism, 2% Muslim, 2% Christian and other remaining religions like Sikh, Buddhist and Jain. In addition, India has also variety of languages and there are about fifty languages which are spoken in different states in their country. Hindi is an official language spoken by 30% of people. The English language is also used since it is a great advantage in dealing with foreigners when it comes to their business transactions. Therefore, India is considered the second largest English speaking country in the world.

 When you decide to work and live in India, you should certainly take the challenge. Although people in India are friendly and hospitable, there are also some things to consider as you come to stay in their country. Just like some Western countries in Asia, foreigners might experience some tough situations like noise pollution in urban areas. Commuters might also experience difficulty since public roads are not fully constructed. Power interruptions in some areas are seldom experience so it takes a lot of advance preparation when living in their country. Furthermore, the weather in India has two seasons which are rainy or wet season and sunny or dry season. Flood is also possible in their area during heavy rain. When it comes to economic stability in India, the cost of living has an excellent standard so expect a cheaper and affordable price. The economy in India is consistent and despite of outgrowing quantity, they produce even more skilled workers and well-educated citizens which help their country to level up in global market and attract foreign investors. Lastly, this unchanging lifestyle of people in India serves asa highlight to maintain the balance of their culture and religion.
